Beyond the Front Door: Amenities for Every Age in a Villa Community

Beyond the Front Door: Amenities for Every Age in a Villa Community

When you’re choosing a villa, it’s easy to focus on what’s inside the walls. Yet much of daily life happens beyond the front door: where the children play, where you meet your neighbours, and where you go to clear your head.

As Capstone Life founder Umesh Sangurmath puts it, a developer plays a role in ensuring that families form strong communities. Here’s how that idea shows up at The Midsummer Rain and Circular Reflections, for each member of the family.

For children and teens

Space to play

The Midsummer Rain has a children’s play area and a dedicated kids’ area designed for adventures and creative playtime, along with a children’s pool.

Space for sport

There’s a basketball court, a mini soccer area and a skating rink at The Midsummer Rain. Circular Reflections offers a cricket practice net, a skating rink, a swimming pool and indoor games.

For working professionals

Both communities include co-working spaces. At The Midsummer Rain, the co-work space is described as a place for productivity in the lap of nature, and there’s a business club in the clubhouse too. For many households, that can make a quiet day of focused work possible without leaving the community.

For fitness and wellbeing

Keep moving

Both communities have jogging tracks. The Midsummer Rain adds an outdoor gym, a health club, a badminton court and an infinity pool.

Slow down

The Midsummer Rain has a meditation lawn, while Circular Reflections has yoga and meditation spaces and a meditation deck.

For family and friends

Good communities need places to gather. At The Midsummer Rain, that means a party lawn with a spill-out café, a barbeque zone, an open amphitheatre and a bonfire camp. There are guest bedrooms too, for when family comes to stay.

Circular Reflections has a banquet hall with a lawn, an amphitheatre, a campfire area and a picnicking lawn, as well as a farmer’s market and an arts and crafts centre.

For pets

Pets are part of the family as well, and The Midsummer Rain has a dedicated pet park.

The everyday essentials

Finally, there’s the amenity you’ll use most without thinking about it. Both communities include convenience stores, so that small errands stay small.
