The founders- having lived the “Silicon Valley life, set out on this journey creating impeccable lifestyle housing with a passion that made us proudly better than our contemporaries.

A simple thought but important to “bake in” into each home. Else, it is just words. So we sat down with some of the world’s finest architects & challenged them to bring this through to life. We arrived at a simple, yet profound idea – “Life Design” This is what we’re about.
Life Design is not just a catchy phrase. It is an entire design philosophy, best expressed through our DESIGN TENETS 10 PRINCIPLES OF DESIGN we’ll always embrace. Wherever we are. Whatever we do.
